In our fast paced world of materialism and distraction it is so easy to find oneself on a treadmill and running like crazy just trying to keep up.

During this One-Day Workshop with Lucinda we will take a look at what is really important to us.

Working with some simple tools and ideas to support us, we will begin the process of unravelling the illusions from the truth.

Of course we cannot do this in a day. In fact it may take the rest of our lives. But the rewards of a life well-lived are immense as we create a life of meaning and purpose and a heart that is content with all that I am.

The day will include teachings, discussion and exercises in small groups plus meditation, reflection and the beautiful music of Lucinda Drayton.
