A Month Of Sundays By Bob Larbey

A Month of Sundays is the story of six people against the backdrop of a pleasant nursing home in Surrey. Two of the residents Cooper and Aylott are good old friends and dream of escaping to Switzerland, and while one is physically fit but approaching dementia the other is sharp as a tack mentally but physically challenged.

Only a writer with the talent of Bob Larbey (The Good Life, As Time Goes By, etc) could write a comedy on a subject as harrowing as the onset of senility, and it is no surprise that when the play was staged in the West End, it won an Evening Standard award for best comedy of the year.
