Home to some 12 species of bats, Cheddar Gorge in Somerset is going to be one of the best destinations in the UK to head to this Halloween because all vampires and visitors to the world famous caves will also be given the opportunity to meet some very creepy real-life crawlies.

Giant spiders and all manner of other scary species will be the stars of the show as the Gorge welcomes visitors for a full week of fearsome fun.

Take a tour of the creepy caves, listen to ghost stories and try your hand at carving a pumpkin.
