Borderline Eggcitement

Pop along to Tullie House Museum for some crackin’ and ‘eggciting’ fun in our Easter holiday drop-in activities.

We really mean ‘eggciting’ too, because our theme is the egg itself. Activities will range from arts and crafts to trails and games; several of which are based upon local traditions.

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve got in store:

Egg painting: have a crack at painting and decorating your own egg.

Egg racing challenge: down the ‘hill’ or along the ‘grass’, challenge your family or friends to an egg race.

Wild egg chase: look out for the special eggs displayed around the museum in our gallery based trail. Complete the trail successfully and claim your egg-citing chocolate treat.

From egg to bird - match the bird to the egg or the egg to the bird in this simple game.

On Sunday 12th April, from 1-4pm, join some of our local Brownies for owl themed drop in activities in the Special Exhibitions Gallery where you can also see their fantastic owl hangings on display!
