'Sivu is a singer-songwriter known by his adopted Finnish name (he's James Page on his gas bill) and for a tremulous quaver that if it's not falsetto certainly aims high. He sounds like a one-man Wild Beasts.'
SIVU tour dates
Euphoric and atmospheric rock from indie-types Sky Larkin. Having toured with The Gossip, Broken Social Scene and iForward Russia!, this Leeds based trio are most certainly ones to watch. '...a glorious mixture of stupendous pop melodies, pleasing-to-the-eye personnel and a host of quirks to boot.' - Drowned In Sound.
Sky Larkin tour dates
Slowly Rolling Camera, a project that teams pianist-composer Dave Stapleton, producer Deri Roberts, vocalist-lyricist Dionne Bennett and drummer Elliot Bennett, is proof positive that some of the most interesting work often arises from a meeting of many minds. The result is music that has distinct echoes of the ‘invisible soundtracks’ of UK progressives Cinematic Orchestra and Portishead as well as the polychrome textures of maverick Scandinavian artists like Sigor Ros and Oddarrang.
Slowly Rolling Camera tour dates
Dreamy fuzzed-up beach pop from the Old Gold guitarist Louis Jones. Think of the bygone era of 50's Doo Wop and Phil Spector records.
Spectrals tour dates
The Broken Vinyl Club have invented a time machine and driven it straight back to the Sixties. They've brought back The Beatles' harmonies, The Stones' swagger, The Pretty Things' attitude and The Monkees' personality. They've even had time to raid a couple of Carnaby Street clothes shops and nick Keith Moon's drum kit. You know that sound when the needle lands on the record? The Broken Vinyl Club are striving to make a noise as perfect as that every time they get on stage. And this band know how to put on a show too. Watching The Broken Vinyl Club live is like stumbling upon The Quarrymen at a garden fete and knowing something big could be around the corner'
The Broken Vinyl Club tour dates
Verity Susman is the lead singer of experimental rock band Electrelane. Her solo work probes new territory, using music, visuals and text, her live shows create a world of psychedelic alienation, embracing the subversive possibilities of awkwardness. Often appearing in drag, her saxophone becomes an organ of musical and gender performance, confronting audiences with a queer female masculinity that is at once serious, humorous, angry and uncomfortable. At times ironic, often passionate and full of joyous heartbreak, Verity takes the audience into a collage of exploratory soundscapes, woven through surreal reconstructions of lesbian pulp romance novels and sci-fi slash fiction tales.
Verity Susman tour dates

London blissed out indie-rock four-piece signed to Wichita Recordings. Their sound harks back to Creation bands. Think Swervedriver, My Bloody Valentine’s two classic albums, the pop-tinged psychedelia of The Boo Radleys and Teenage Fanclub, with hints of Sugar and Dinosaur Jr thrown into the mix. An electrifying blend of raucous guitars and breathy vocals, honey-dripped with ennui and emotion.
Cheatahs tour dates
