Emma and Daniel have performed together since 2008 at venues and festivals including St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Bath International Music Festival and Fairfield Halls.

Emma first came to prominence as the woodwind category winner of BBC Young Musician 2010. She recently won the Sir Karl Jenkins/Arts Club Classical Music Award 2016 (in association with Classic FM) as a result of which Ryers Down was written for her. She is currently principal flute of the European Union Youth Orchestra.

Daniel’s extensive concerto repertoire has led to many concerto performances, including at the Royal Festival Hall and various theatres in Europe. He has performed on BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio Ulster.
