A Shakespeare Miscellany
Regular collaborators Robin and Elizabeth are joined by actor Dickon Tyrrell in a recital of music, readings and songs associated with the works of William Shakespeare. From pieces written by Robert Johnson and Thomas Morley for original productions, to more decorated versions from revivals, to songs by the Bard’s contemporaries Rosseter and Danyel – music is indeed ‘the food of love’ in the hands of these master performers.
