Anything Goes

The timeless classic Cole Porter musical ‘Anything Goes’ is set to sail into Camberley Theatre with comic encounters, soaring melodies and show stopping dance routines.

The luxurious transatlantic liner ‘SS American’ is due to leave New York bound for England. On board is the debutante heiress Hope Harcourt, who is engaged to the aristocrat Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Also on board is a stowaway, Billy Crocker, a lovelorn Wall Street broker who is desperate to win the favour of Miss Harcourt. Together with Reno Sweeney an evangelist turned nightclub singer, the gangster Moonface Martin and his moll Erma, the ship’s crew and a colourful assembly of passengers, the crossing and the path of true love is set to be anything but straightforward.

With the hit songs, ‘I Get a Kick Out of You’, ‘You’re the Top’ and the toe tapping title song ‘Anything Goes’ this is a musical you will not want to miss.
