The Millfield Trio

The recently formed Millfield Trio - Maria Marton (soprano), Mark Tromans (clarinet) and Nicola Bracey (piano) - are regulars on the Somerset circuit, all teaching at Millfield School. Their repertoire ranges from the ever popular Shepherd on the Rock by Schubert and Six German Songs by Spohr to cabaret songs of the 20th century, all presented in an engaging and informative manner.

Hungarian born Maria Marton has performed all over Europe and Australia. Mark Tromans spent many years as a freelance clarinettist in London and has played with many of the country's leading orchestras and ensembles. Nicola Bracey was sponsored by the Young Classical Artists Trust, playing widely in England and Belgium.
