Professor Steve Peters welcomes you to an entertaining evening with a serious theme at Buxton Opera House.
The evening will look specifically at why and how our minds work with emotions, thinking and behaviours. It will offer some practical advice for managing your mind effectively and help you to get the best out of yourself.
All proceeds will go towards the restoration of Bennetston Hall.
