The Nutcracker
Tchaikovsky’s much loved ballet The Nutcracker is given a dazzling and colourful makeover as six professional dancers take on the principal roles with up to 100 local youngsters performing as soloists and corps de ballet.
Featuring brand new sets and sumptuous costumes, the English Youth Ballet will take audiences on a mesmerising journey through the Snow Forest. Clara’s dream of the Sugar Plum Fairy, The Nutcracker Prince and the mysterious Godfather Drosselmeyer are magically brought to life in a full length production of the classical ballet.
