Andy Eastwood has gained a richly deserved reputation as a multi-instrumental variety act, combining his playing ability and vocal prowess with a highly amusing delivery. He had been a supporting act on many Ken Dodd's theatre shows, and starred in a war time revue We'll Meet Again, in which he portrayed the iconic George Formby on hundreds of occasions on its nationwide tour. Andy's tv appearances include Barrymore, Blue Peter, GMTV, and today with Des and Mel. He also taught comedian Frank Skinner to play the ukulele for the BBC show Play it Again, and as a result a George Formby documentary was made for the BBC named What a Performance.
