Postcard From The Seaside
Bromsgrove's critically acclaimed professional theatre company, MadCap Theatre Productions present Postcards from the Seaside by Laurie Hornsby (Wallop Mrs Cox, Brum Rocks etc).
Wireless star Lester Duvall is the new act in town, and while he would rather be at a big London Theatre, Thanet seems as a good as place as any to hide in. But, when his tangled web of deception begins to unravel and he finds something, and someone, worth sticking around for, the normally indecisive and immature Lester faces decisions that could affect everything he holds dear.
Set in 1940, Postcards from the Seaside is a new musical that celebrates the Homefront at the time of the Dunkirk Evacuation during its 75th anniversary year.
This performance takes place in the Studio.
