About the show

What could be better than a proper barn dance in a real barn? And a spectacular heritage barn at that! So come and celebrate a slightly belated St Patrick's Day in this glorious setting, with fabulous Gloucestershire ceilidh band Sargent's Mess providing the rousing folk tunes.

Experienced caller Rob tells you all the steps as you go along. Suitable for all ages. No experience is necessary. Chaos and fun guaranteed!

The band will play from 7pm and will take a break in the middle of the evening. The bar is open all evening from 6pm. Dancing is not absolutely compulsory, and if you prefer to just listen to the band and watch the action, that's fine too. So come along with your friends and family, and enjoy a sociable evening down at the Barn with traditional folk music and lots of fun.

You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in the grounds from 6pm. NB. only drinks bought at the Barn may be consumed on site.

Free parking at the Barn. If you need a wheelchair accessible parking space or any accessible seating for the event, please say so when you book so that we can arrange this for you. Buses Y1 and Y2 (operated by First) run between Bristol and Yate along Winterbourne High Street half-hourly in the evening.

Tickets £12 (£9 concessions). Book online direct on Ticketsource (booking fees apply) or via the Barn website.
