Directors' Cuts - Sex With A Stranger

By Stefan Golaszewski - Bristol Old Vic Theatre School Directors' Cuts Season 2017.

Two strangers. One night. A brief encounter. Adam and Grace have just met outside a club waiting for the number 73 bus. Meanwhile Ruth is at home… waiting for Adam.

From the BAFTA award winning and critically acclaimed writer, Stefan Golaszewski, Sex With A Stranger is a brutally honest insight into the era of casual sex and broken relationships. Grace, Ruth and Adam are lost. Lost in their lives and disoriented in their relationships. All searching for their ‘happy ever after’, clutching at fragments of a fairy tale ending.

Witness the pieces and moments of their intersecting worlds and relationships through this bleakly humorous and visceral play.

Directed by Alexandra Moxon.
Designed by Sarah Mercade.

An amateur production presented by special arrangement with Nick Hern Books.
