Omid Djalili’s legendary performances on stage and screen have won him fans and plaudits the world over. Renowned for his razor sharp wit, boundless energy and expertly crafted cultural observations, the Anglo/Iranian megastar headlines a truly unmissable evening.
"Right now, the Iranian Djalili is probably one of the most subversive, let alone funniest, comedians around." The Guardian

Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.

Omid Djalili
One of Britain's freshest and most original comics, this British-born Iranian hams the accent and underlines the cliches before pulling the Persian rug from under the audience. With a career in comedy spanning across three decades, Omid Djalili's legendary performances on stage and screen have won him fans and plaudits the world over.
Renowned for his razor sharp wit, boundless energy and expertly crafted cultural observations, his original material continues to explore the diversity of modern Britain and he remains one of the most exciting entertainers on the circuit.
A firm favourite at the Edinburgh Festival, Omid's stand-up awards include the Time Out Award for Best Stand Up and the EMMA Award. He's also been a nominee for a Perrier Award and the South Bank Award. Omid was also awarded a Best Actor award at the Turin Film Festival for his lead performance in The Infidel.
'To carve yourself out a career as the thinking person's Iranian comedian in this political climate takes a fine brain and a masterful way with the audience. There is no question that Omid Djalili possesses both... Belly laughs with a subtle blend of mainstream gags and subversive twinkle' (The Sunday Times)
Omid Djalili was named in Ents24's top 10 hardest-working comedians 2017.

Seann Walsh
Charming and charismatic, a natural motormouth, Brighton’s Seann Walsh is the most frighteningly precocious talent to emerge from the UK comedy circuit in ages.
Within two years of his first comedy performance in 2007, Seann became the winner of the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year. Shortly after, other accolades included Chortle Best Breakthrough Act Nominee 2010 and Chortle Best Compere Nominee 2011.
"Unquestionably the best observational comic of his generation" – The Guardian
"…Sharp, creative observational comedy from a precocious newcomer. See him now, before the stadium tour…" – Sunday Times
Seann Walsh was placed in Ents24's top 10 hardest-working comedians 2016.

Adam Buxton
One half of the genius behind Channel 4's Adam & Joe show, actor, scriptwriter, stand-up comic and DJ on BBC 6 Music.
'Buxton displays a near heroic willingness to behave as stupidly as possible in pursuit of laughs. A sunny riot of daft voices, songs, and tortuous puns' (The Scotsman)
'Would make a convincing claim to the title of funniest man in Britain' (Three Weeks)
'Wonderful fun' (The Guardian).

Arthur Smith
Comedian, compere and playwright. This grumpy old man per excellence presents the BBC Radio 4 show 'Excess Baggage' and has written four plays including 'An Evening With Gary Lineker' and 'Live Bed Show'.
His stand-up topics range from vigorous yodelling to mediaeval literature via death by drink. His delivery is relaxed and sardonic, but his shows are a surprising, dark and witty treat.
He's also one of the many 'Grumpy Old Men' that appear on BBC 2's hit show.
'The funniest and most honest comic of his generation' (The List).
