Originally playing mainly reggae, they switched it up with more funk and Soul, and Soul II Soul came into existence. The Soul II Soul eclectic, all-inclusive vibe became legendary at their regular spot at Covent Garden’s Africa Centre, and their following quickly grew as they reflected London’s multi-racial party scene.
