Lost Property Tour 2016

Please note: Info provided by the Event Organiser

We are extremely excited to announce that on Saturday 30th July one of the finest indie bands of the last decade comes to Bristol Zoo, for what is promised to be a truly unique experience!

Turin Brakes, who have sold over a million records to date, join us under our large undercover tent with their new studio album ‘Lost Property’. Created by Olly Knights & Gale Paridjanian, the south west London band released their Mercury Music Prize nominated debut album ‘The Optimist’ in 2001. Followed by Ether Song in 2003 which featured the top 5 hit single Pain Killer (Summer Rain).

With sixteen years of touring under their belts, Turin Brakes have earnt themselves quite a reputation, captivating the audience with their on stage presence. The first single from the album ‘Keep Me Around’ has been recently added to the BBC Radio 2 playlist. As well as their latest offering ‘Save You’, which you can watch here.

We will be looking after you for the entire evening; you can purchase refreshments from our onsite food and drink outlets and have the chance to visit some of our wonderful animal residents. Gates will be open at 6.30pm so you can fully enjoy all that Bristol Zoo has to offer whilst relaxing to Turin Brakes as the sun goes down.
