Macbeth

Macbeth has blood on his hands, but although he is now king, the crown rests uneasily on his head.

Verdi described Macbeth as ‘one of mankind’s greatest creations’. Fittingly, his thrillingly intense adaptation of this famous play is brooding and ferocious.

Performances start at 7:15pm.
Running time is approximately two hours 55 minutes including one interval.

Sung in Italian with surtitles in English.
Co-production with Northern Ireland Opera.
