Following on from the conference the previous day at the Colston Hall this series of workshop gives those who want to take a deeper look at the issues discussed. It is not necessary to have attended the previous day as all the workshops are designed to run stand-alone.

The confirmed sessions are:
- Music, lyrics and self-esteem with Becky Evans. How music can help you to talk to (your) children/teenagers about their feelings, emotions and relationships’

- Find Your Voice with Sian Evans. The workshop aims to break the internal barriers we develop, that prevent us from using our voices, to speak up and be heard. We can connect to our voice and explore how it works and what it can do, we will better communicate our needs and our objections to mistreatment and enable us to explain our feelings in a way to better protect ourselves from misrepresentation, and empower ourselves to speak out for ourselves and for others.

- The Healing Frequency with Suzi Lauder. What IS the frequency that heals? This workshop invites you to bring along your music, your sounds so that together we can explore what frequency you are tuned into. In the words of Hans Christian Andersen ‘MUSIC SPEAKS WHERE WORDS FAIL’,

- Processing the difficult stuff with music with Will Purdue. An ambitious project to collaborate on writing and recording a song over 3 days of the event with an experienced and professional musician to demonstrate how music can be used to process the difficult stuff. Building on work started on Saturday the group will complete the song during this second session and on Monday record the finished song. The track will be mastered and played on the radio as well as released as part of a collection of songs planned after the event. Each participant will get a writing credit and be a part of the promotion process if they wish.

- MindHarp with Mark Smulian: At Mark’s workshop’s you will hear his remarkable story, you will learn about how and why we are hardwired to respond to music and you will have the opportunity to play and interact with others through musical sound via his remarkable invention - the MindHarp.

- It’s Just a Feeling with Quentin St.Clair and B.C. Mark. An exploration of feelings, their purpose, how to use them effectively in concert with thinking and behaviour to forge stronger and healthier relationships.
