Since forming in 2009 Skraeckoedlan has left deep footprints in the Swedish underground scene.

The band offers a buffe' of heavy fuzz rock, originating in the fat 70’s groove of Black Sabbath, the melodic 90’s choruses of Weezer and Mastodons modern progressive metal. Skraeckoedlan combines this with lyrics that tell tales about cosmic worlds centered around sagas and mythological beings, all sung in their native tongue. Early on, the quartet established their self as a live act and has with a DIY-attitude created their own opportunities for being seen and heard.

Soon reaching 150 live shows, the band has shared the stage with Truckfighters, Orange Goblin, Kylesa and other giants of the genre.

In 2011 the debut album Appeltradet was released. Made in Studio Bombshelter, where Truckfighters usually reside, Mr. Ozo himself took on the job of recording and producing the album. Mr. Dango also left his contribution and can be heard playing on the title track.

Skraeckoedlan has recently released their follow up, titled Sagor. It’s been recorded in multiple studios during a two year period, and features collaborations with several technicians and producers such as: Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Meshuggah) and Niklas Berglof (Ghost). Erik Berglund has done all the mixing and been an integral part in finding the sound of the album.

When working with Sagor, Skraeckodlan got in contact with Anders Friden (In Flames) and his record label Razzia Records, who released the record.

Snowy Dunes

Snowy Dunes are a four piece psychedelic rock outfit hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Formed in late 2013, Snowy Dunes have quickly made a mark on the swedish underground scene with their heavy riffs and psychedelic excursions. Since they started touring early 2014 they have played around 50 shows all over europe.

Their self titled debut album was recorded in Joshua Tree and L.A late fall 2014 and was produced by Dead Meadow's Steve Kille and mastered by legendary studio engineer Howie Weinberg. It was released digitally in May 2015 to great acclaim and soon thereafter Snowy Dunes were signed to the New York / Los Angeles based indie label Xemu Records. A limited vinyl pressing of the debut album is also planned on Rock Freak's Records in early 2016.

Prime cuts of riffs served with a side of tasty psychedelic mushrooms, garnished with a sprinkle of doom croutons.

Sergeant Thunderhoof were formed in late 2013 initially as just an excuse for old friends to get together once in a while and jam some tasty licks. It soon became apparent that a collective sound was emerging and so it was decided that they would go into the studio and do some recording. The result of which was 'Zigurat', a killer 5 track EP, stretching over 40 psychedelic doom drenched minutes. The album met with countless positive reviews and was included in many 'Album of the Year' polls on online blogs and sites.

This led to shows around the UK playing with bands such as Elder, Mos Generator, Desert Storm, Grifter, Suns of Thunder, Baron Greenback and many more.

2015 saw the release of their first full length album 'Ride of The Hoof' which garnered even more attention and led to features in magazines such as Metal Hammer and Terrorizer. The Hoof plan to promote the new album well in to 2016 and are making tentative plans to play some shows and festivals in Europe in the Summer. A vinyl and tape release looks to be happening in the Spring.
