Littlest Birds, Nuala Honan, Jim Evans

The Littlest Birds are an internationally touring cello and banjo duo from the western United States, featuring David Huebner on cello and Sharon Martinson on clawhammer banjo. Together since 2010 they've taken their unique Americana sound across 34 US states, Canada, and this year Europe, including such festivals as the Vancouver Folk Music Festival in B.C, The Oregon Country Fair in Veneta, The California Bluegrass Association's Father's Day Bluegrass Festival in Grass Valley, The San Francisco Free Folk Festival and The Beartrap Summer Festival in Casper, Wyoming to name just a few.

Their sound is hard to describe as it seems to capture something both familiar and yet altogether unique. Like many of the great artists in American folk music that have come before them, they are contributing by the stories they tell and the images created by their music.
