Jazz Film & Photography Session

SCJF is looking forward to this day of visual feasting on jazz films and photography, with a feast of culinary treats available from the renowned kitchen of John Easterby. This year’s exhibiting photographer at The Verdict is to be Indigo Burns, who never tires of getting up close and comfortable at jazz gigs.

Upstairs, a rolling program of classic films such as “Jazz On A Summer’s Day’, ‘1959: The Year That Changed Jazz’, ‘A Day In Harlem’, ‘George Gershwin’s “Summertime”’, will be interspersed with a talk and slide show downstairs from the dynamic and insightful jazz photographer, Indigo Burns.

Books and new publications from among others, David Foreman, will be available for sale.
