Led by drummer, Femi Koleoso, the band’s blend of young instrumentalists is what gives Ezra Collective its unique sound – afro beat, reggae, jazz and hip hop fused together with a London touch.

After winning the Yamaha Jazz Experience Best Band award at Cheltenham International Jazz Festival in 2012, they went on to play the London Jazz Festival opening for Terence Blanchard at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club.

In 2013, they won the Music For Youth Festival Best Band, and gave a storming, show-stopping performance at the MFY School Proms at the Royal Albert Hall.

Since then, they’ve gone from strength to strength, featuring at several major UK festivals in Summer 2015.
