Socialist Fun-times!

Bad news for Tories, great news for comedy fans: comedian and activist Chris Coltrane is back with a brand new hour of hilarious, passionate political stand-up comedy: Socialist Fun-Times!

In his fifth solo show, Coltrane makes the case for optimism in a world filled with hate. He defends refugees against the racists who would send them home. He champions kindness and political correctness; he lambasts Trump, Cameron, and even John Cleese; and with any luck, he'll leave you inspired and eager to change the world. Just as the left feels like giving up, Coltrane's new show will remind you what happiness feels like.

What on earth do racists mean when they say that Britain is full? Have the writers of the news run out of ideas for new plot-lines? And why can't we have easter eggs all year round? Coltrane bravely tackles all these questions, and more.

Never too earnest, and always playful, fans of thoughtful alternative comedy will find him to be a must-see act. Fans of sharp satire, intelligent nonsense and engaging storytelling will utterly adore Coltrane's new hour. If you love social justice and fighting bad guys, this is the show for you.
