New Ways of Doing
With authors Nick Moore, Matilda Tristram, Heather Thomas

Matilda Tristram: Small Drawings Every Day
Matilda is a writer and illustrator who writes and draws short diary comics every day as a good writing practice to try and condense a memorable moment into a few frames. She will talk about how to approach doing this and how to think about who you're writing for and why.
Matilda's comic strips have featured in the Guardian, Vice, Glamour and Art Review. She has credits on lots of children's television shows and is currently on the writing team for Peppa Pig.

Nick Moore: Thoughts from the Road, a Journey into Mindful Cycling
Nick will explore the circumstances, questions and realisations that led him to write Mindful Thoughts for Cyclists, and where events and the road have taken him since its publication. A personal reflection on finding a more balanced approach to life and absolutely no Lycra required.

Heather Thomas: Eating to Relate to Nature
Heather's book, The Mindful Kitchen, deciphers the latest in ecological behavioural science to demonstrate how to develop a nature relatedness practice. By adapting your everyday eating and cooking habits you can become the change by discovering that nature is not out there, it is in you. This talk explains how.
Heather is the founder of The Mindful Kitchen, a sustainable eatery and workshop hub based in Copenhagen, Denmark. She has trained in climate change communications with Al Gore and the Climate Reality Project and works with The Green Party to make the world more regenerative and abundant for all.
