BACWalk With Sustrans

The Bridgwater Arts Centre have teamed up with community charity Sustrans to bring you an enriching walk celebrating new developments to the Bridgwater community of Hamp. If you love a stroll and are interested in Bridgwater’s developments, creative design or public art, then this is the perfect walk for you!

The aim of this walk is to help change the wider Bridgwater perception of Hamp, as well as show people the exciting new work Sustrans have been doing. The 3 mile walk will take you past the scenic area of Browns Pond and around Hamp with a timely refreshment stop at the café in the centre of Hamp for tea and cakes. The focus of this walk is to explain what Sustrans have been working on in the community over the past two years. This includes, Community Street re-design, community arts elements, their work with schools and viewing Sustrans' beautiful new murals.
