The Frying Scotsman

A traditional Scottish meal served on a Steam Train travelling between Brechin and Bridge of Dun. Please plan to arrive at Brechin Station no later than 6:45pm. for the 7:00pm. departure time. Doors are open from 6:15pm.

Your journey will start at Brechin Station with your Fish Supper being served at your table once the train has departed. Salt, vinegar and tomato ketchup (and hand wipes) will also be available.

After a 25 minute run your train will arrive at Bridge of Dun for a stop of between 30 minutes to one hour. For the return journey a dessert will be served on departure from Bridge of Dun with the train arriving at Brechin around 20 minutes or so later.

Licensed Bar on board the train with beer, whisky, sherry, wine and soft drinks on offer (at extra cost).
