A fun, friendly and practical exploration of the songwriting process.
Firefly Burning creates impressionistic multi-layered music - 'quirky, challenging and innovative... at the avant-garde edge of the folk scene' (Bright Young Folk) - through collaborative writing, its songs drawing on cyc lical lyrics and words from ancient to contemporary sources.
Immerse yourself in the songwriter's art as members of the band explore different approaches to songwriting and improvisation. Workshop participants to guest in the evening Foyer concert.
Open to all - book early as places limited.
