Wheelchair Rugby

The relatively new sport of Wheelchair Rugby is being hosted in sportBU by the Dorset Destroyers.

They will be coming in to give people the opportunity to try out the sport, and have a game against each other. So why not come in and give it a go!

Wheelchair Rugby has risen in popularity since the London 2012 Olympic games, and it's a fun, fast paced game that everyone can have a go at.

Wheelchairs and rugby balls are provided and there is a coach on hand to run through the skills involved in the game. Everyone will then have the opportunity to play a game at the end in a mini-tournament.
