Reconciliation In Practice

Would you like to test your skills in empathy, conflict resolution and mediation?

Come along to a reconciliation workshop and see if you have the skills to solve a conflict. This reconciliation workshop involves role play and aims to find a solution to a fictitious conflict, modelled on real-world conflicts as observed by Bournemouth University scholars during research in the Balkans.

The simulation exercise will be followed by a debate of its outcomes and a brief presentation about the skills and circumstances needed to reconcile warring parties.
