Think of Transylvania and one name immediately springs to mind: Dracula. Everyone has come to believe that Transylvania is a shadowy netherworld inhabited by vampires and other supernatural creatures.

But is there any truth in this myth? Are there really vampires in Transylvania? Was Count Dracula a real person? And did he have any relationship with the Romanian prince Vlad the Impaler?
