Set in World War 1 and based on fact, the play tells of the arrival of German prisoners of war in Leigh and the disruption caused by the events of war to the lives of very ordinary families living in the local area. In this moving, thought provoking drama, the indomitable humour and friendliness shines through. With musical accompaniment from the Houghton Weavers, this will be a night to remember.
