Silence
Winner of the Susan Smith Blackman Prize for the Best English Language Play By A Woman, Buffini's Silence takes place in the Dark Ages in a Britain being savaged by Viking attacks during the reign of King Ethelred the Unready. Silence, a young lord of Cumbria, is called to the palace to marry Ymma of Normandy.
Presented by the Birmingham School of Acting, in this play you can expect Game of Thrones meets a gender-bending narrative of love and redemption.
