New Work Nights - International Women's Day Special Edition

The latest edition of New Work Nights showcases excellent work by women writers and theatremakers in the lead up to International Women’s Day 2016.

Headline performance Dirty Pakistani Lingerie comes direct from the USA, interweaving stories of six Pakistani-American women at the chaotic juncture of two cultures. An entertaining mosaic of the comic, sublime, poetic and political that shatters preconceptions about Muslim women.

As ever, the bill is completed by works in development from West Midlands theatremakers, including NotNowCollective, Paven Virk and Denise Pitter, whose performances lit up earlier New Work Nights.
