The Indian Rasoi

The Indian Rasoi is a new Street food family run vendor specialising in traditional Indian food.

So what does Rasoi mean? It literally means Kitchen, our ethos is to provide food using the freshest ingredients, same as in our kitchen at home to the Street food events, Pop Op restaurants and kitchen takeovers. We strive to offer the same traditional flavors in food as found on the streets of India and are passionate about sourcing good quality seasonal ingredients, hence we only use produce from local markets and allotment owners, meat is from a Shropshire farm.

Our chutneys are hand made, using home grown Mint and Coriander, over 12 ingredients blended to make our Masalas, which are then dry roasted and ground.

We are so confident in the freshness and homemade spices of our food, we know our food will taste like no other you have tasted in an Indian restaurant.
