Don Gallardo has called Nashville home for 10 years, but his California roots shine through on current LP, STILL HERE. Gallardo weaves his 1970's Laurel Canyon influences into a modern roots-Americana epic. Backed by Nashville Legendary musicians Dave Roe on Bass (Johnny Cash, Sturgill Simpson), Bryan Owings on drums (Emmylou Harris, Buddy Miller), Micah Hulscher on organ/piano (Margo Price), Richard Bailey on banjo (The Steeldrivers), Joe Andrews on mandolin (Old Crow Medicine Show) and guitar legend Brent Mason, and with co-writes by the likes of Mando Saenz, Carey Ott, Tim Easton, & Robby Hecht. Don has got his heart in the East Nashville sound but his California roots are never far away.
