Fresh from a plaice at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival, we are certain that our guests will find Ian’s latest lecture a thought-provoking and enlightening experience: “There’s plenty to takeaway from this fishually stimulating multimedia celebration of Great British Fish & Chips.
