Sainsbury's British Championships
Britain’s best athletes will go head to head for the prestigious honour of being crowned British champion on 3-5 July. With places on the Great Britain & Northern Ireland team for the IAAF World Championships in Beijing also up for grabs, you can expect fierce competition at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium.
2014 saw a number of impressive performances from some of Britain’s athletics stars, including Dwain Chambers winning an incredible eighth British 100m title, Asha Philip winning the women’s 100m, Martyn Rooney clinching his fifth 400m title and Eilidh Child taking gold in a competitive women’s 400m hurdles.
With three days of competition, this is a great opportunity to make a weekend of it and see some of the biggest names in British Athletics.
