This workshop will include a presentation on the benefits and safe use of essential oils and a ‘make-and-take’ element, where you can create your own essential oil blend to take home with you. Learn the basics of how essential oils help plants to survive in their natural habitats, and how they can help to enhance your wellbeing.
This event is aimed at ages 16+.
All refreshments are included.
