The Rise And Fall Of King Donald The 1/5th

A rich, aggressive merchant aims to seize the throne of Egoland from dying King Omba. He makes a risky pact with three witches but they have their own subversive ideas. Who can save the world from his destructive impulses? Sharp wit, memorable characters and Shakespearean echoes jostle in this hilarious take on contemporary politics.

The Berks-based Rattle'n'Roll Players were formed in 2015. They were launched at the Windsor Fringe with 'Shakespeare Rattle'n'Roll', and have since built audiences around the home counties with their dynamic blend of politics, pathos and humour. This is their first visit to Bath.
