Rise 'N' Dance

In support of the One Billion Rising Revolution – building solidarity against the exploitation of women.

This evening is a celebration, that you live in a country where you have the ability to express yourself through dance – in it’s many forms.

The Monkeys are rising to show they are determined to create a new kind of consciousness – one where violence will be resisted until it is unthinkable. They call upon you, on all people to rise for others, and not just for themselves. They want to bring awareness on the amount of violence that many people of the world are subjected to today, especially women and girls.
