Semi-Monde

Semi-Monde follows a dizzying array of socialites and wannabes over a three-year period from 1924 to 1926. We witness their ever-changing lives and loves; the bitching, the flirting, the affairs and the seductions as they congregate each year at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.

Written in 1926, this decadent and daring comedy was considered too scandalous to be performed in it’s day and did not receive its first production until 1977.
