Omar Puente’s quartet is a unique combination of sonorities and styles growing from many years of experience playing with musicians like Tito Puente, Eddy Palmieri and Rubén González.
In this concert Maestro Puente will include pieces from his forthcoming album Best Foot Forward. The rhythmic mixture of the jazz, along with strong Afro-Cuban roots will be the heart beat of the quartet of piano, bass, drums and electric violin.

An exponent of hot Cuban salsa music, Omar cut his teeth with Latin greats such as Ruben Gonzales, Chucho Valdez And Arturo Sandoval.
