There’s no smoke without fire…
In 1941 a fire broke out in the Queen’s Theatre consuming everything in its path. The theatre’s technician Charlie was working backstage and was engulfed by the flames. The fire was recorded as accidental but Charcoal Charlie’s presence is still felt today by staff and audience members alike. Why?
