Alan Ayckbourn’s hilarious musical comedy
Guy Jones joins the local Operatic Society as a chorus member but works his way swiftly through the ranks to land the plum role of Macheath, in The Beggar's Opera but as the curtain comes down on an apparently triumphant performance, Guy is alone and broken. Then the clock rewinds several months and we see how it all went wrong!
