Winter Tour 2016 - Pride And Prejudice
The Castle Players’ 2016 winter production brings Jane Austen’s ever-popular story of grand country estates, beautiful women, and eligible young men to the stage. Vivid characters, humour and romance abound in Laurence Sach’s new adaptation.
Whilst Mr Bennet seeks only a quiet life, Mrs Bennet believes that finding eligible husbands for her five daughters is her most important duty. Elizabeth believes that marrying without affection is unthinkable. For them all, life is about to change when a handsome young man moves into nearby Netherfield Hall.
