Funhouse Comedy Club: English Comedian Of The Year Competition
Funhouse Comedy is pleased to be presenting a regional heat of the prestigious national ‘English Comedian of the Year’ competition, at The Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Tuesday March 15th.
Open to all English comedians who have been performing regularly for more than a year, the heat will have 10 comedians, the top two on the night decided by an audience vote, will go forward to the next round.
The final, will take place at London’s Underbelly, Southbank on Monday July 4th; where the winner will receive £1500 and a month long trip to perform at Australia's Adelaide and Perth Fringe Festivals 2017.
The warm and welcoming Spiky Mike will be host and compere on the night.
