Art Between The Windows - Opening

South Dartmoor Community College A level art students Issy, Maisie, Amy and Eva have each created a work of art to be displayed on the walls between the windows in the Arts Centre's main hall.

Covid-19 restrictions make an event like this a little tiresome to organise, as 'mingling' between 'bubbles' of people who attend together is not allowed.

There's a performance by the College Band, performing 'classic rock covers' between 6 ? 6.30pm. Before that, you'll be able to walk around the hall and look at the 4 exhibits, then either sit in socially distanced groups, or go back outside. So there are three different free tickets listed below:

1: Arrive between 5?5.15pm to look at the art and leave by 5.30pm

2: Arrive between 5.30?5.45 to look at the art, then take your seats for the band's performance, and then leave the hall at 6.30pm

3: Arrive between 6.30 ? 6.45pm to look at the Art after the band's performance.

Please ONLY order the tickets you will definitely use ? and assume that groups on the same order may be told where to sit, and may not be able to mix with other groups.

The 'covid-safe' capacity of the Hall is an audience of 50 people. If there are fewer than this, then audience members may have the option to stay longer than their ticket specifies. We ask for your understanding and help to enable as many people as possible to take part.

Our usual bar will be available (beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks), with at-seat service (no queuing at the bar please). Face masks should be worn while inside the building.
