The concert will be compered by tenor Richard Sidaway who has already delighted Deeside audiences with his singing at Viennese Evenings.

Partnered by the enchanting soprano Moira Docherty, they will perform numbers from musicals and operetta. Composer and renowned fiddle player Paul Anderson and his wife Shona Donaldson (recently crowned Bothy Ballad Champion of Champions) will thrill you with their music.

Jazz enthusiasts will dig the inimitable Ian Milne on the Bechstein grand piano. Soprano Lucy Bailey, accompanied by pianist Tara Leiper, will take you on a short musical visit to some of our European neighbours.

Two competitors who excelled in the Aboyne Academy 2016 Musician of the Year Competition, pianist Osh Arthur, and piper Lee Taylor, will complete the galaxy of talented musicians.
